It’s a hunchentoot-based engine that you can easily modify and adapt to your needs….

By the way, a more profane thing: I’ve always suspected Edi Weitz (author of many lisp libraries) had a secret passion for Frank Zappa – but now there’s no mystery anymore, since a friend pointed me at one of the main sources for his creations’ funny names: Zappa’s works!

” A unified, extensible interface for working with applications, contacts, music, and other data.”

But I found some other interesting stuff…. :-)
ECTO, a multiple blog manager for mac/win. Recently my wordpress web-interface started behaving funny (things disappearing, the editor wasnt working properly, unwanted tags coming out) – so a neat external editor is very welcome – I’m writing this post with it – let’s see what happens!

And SketchFighter, a classic-style arcade game, drawn with a pen…..

Dear old paper, how could we do without you? http://www.michelepasin.org/blog/2007/03/02/dear-old-paper-how-could-we-do-without-you/ Fri, 02 Mar 2007 23:59:00 +0000 http://people.kmi.open.ac.uk/mikele/blog/?p=212

I’d say it’s one of the oldest technologies, so old that we don’t even look at it as a technological product anymore. But no super-fast almost-intelligent intel-based mac could be safe without it….From a MAC101 post:

Whether your Mac asks you for certain information or you’re seeking help from Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), there may come a time when you need to have your various passwords, dial-up numbers, mail server addresses, email addresses, hardware specifications, serial number, and other information handy. And then you discover that you’ve either forgotten or misplaced this information.

If you forget it, don’t sweat it—pull up your Mac Cheat Sheet instead.

To make your Mac life a little easier, we created this little form for you (or your Mac-savvy family member or friend) to enter all that easy-to-forget information once, and then stow it safely away should you ever need it. Just download the PDF document below, print it out, fill out the fields with your information, and store it in a safe and secure place.
